This series came out in the same month/year as Weird Planets. Both were advertised on the back cover of Uncanny Tales #21 which I reckon was Feb 1965.
All 1/- cover price with a triangular shape around the issue number.
#17 has an interior reprint (but not on the cover sadly) of Amazing Fantasy #15 and is very sought after. Easily a £500 in high grade. Jun 2022 a low grade copy with 2 panels cut out fetched £150 on Comic Book Postal Auctions.
