Launched in a blaze of publicity by Denis Gifford and Alan Class, it celebrated British comics’ culture but was not a success, in spite of a big launch at a London comic mart with Bob Monkhouse in attendance. I was there and got his autograph! I think this project lasted all of four issues until very early 1977.
