Much excitement at the time that Marvel had acquired the rights for Star Trek but it just fizzled out as they didn't make the most of it. DC really took the brand over and took it further.
All the US issues in this title come in cents cover price with the News-stand version having a square price box and a Direct Sales (distributed to specialist comic shops) with a diamond shaped price box.
Issues #13, #14, 16 and #17 were the only ones Distributed in the UK newsagents at the time so thay have UK Variants with a 20p printed cover price.
