Undated inside so exact dates are difficult to work out. I always thought it was 1959 to 1960 but I noticed recently that the Top Sellers series Flash advertises Race for the Moon and Flash came out in 1962, contemporaneous with Fantastastic Tales. So I think Race for the Moon should read 1 1962-23 1963. Further investigation needed!

I can't seem to fins a cover scan for #16. Scarce?
