See "X-Men (2nd Series)" for main title entry.
After the 1963 X-Men series which would eventually be re-named Uncanny X-Men in 1981, a second series to be named X-Men was released. Since the first issue in October 1991 the series has had various name changes. In 2001, with issue #114 the title was re-named New X-Men and it ran for 43 issues. With #157 the series reverted back to its original title X-Men. With #208 (Apr 2008) the series was re-named, once again, and called X-Men: Legacy. Rather than create a separate title entry for these 67 issues (and, indeed, with all the other name change issues) they can all be found in the X-Men (2nd Series) entry to make the searching of that entire title much easier.
