This series was continued from Marvel Premiere #2. Issues #1-8 released August 1972 to October 1973 at which point the title went on hiatus. Story completed in The Incredible Hulk #176-178. Warlock returned to publication with Jim Starlin's classic run first in Strange Tales #178-181 and then on the comeback of the title from issue #9 in October 1975 to issue #15 in November 1976. Starlin's epic tale of Warlock and the Magus concludes in Avengers Annual #7 and Marvel Two-In-One Annual #2.
