Thanos stars in his very own ongoing series written and drawn by the legendary Jim Starlin. Unfortunately the original creative team left after #6 after differences with the development of the character. A new team replaced them with #7, but could not stop the book from ending with #12.
The series is reprinted in two Trade paperback collections:
Thanos (1st Series): Epiphany (#1-6)
Thanos (1st Series): Samaritan (#7-12)
Also the entire 12 issue run is reprinted in a further single Trade paperback collection:
