Regular monthly series that ran for 45 issues.
Starman is a name used by several different DC super-heroes, most prominently Ted Knight, the Golden Age Starman and then writer James Robinson's character based on Ted's son, Jack Knight.
This particular series introduces Starman in the form of hiker Will Payton given cosmic powers in a freak accident, an experiment gone awry. He never intended or wanted to be a hero but just rose to the occasion.
All issues were distributed in the U.K. at the time so available as pence as well as cents copies.
