Although issues # 22, 27-28, 30-31 were scarce in the U.K. as pence copies all issues were distributed in the U.K. at the time apart from #20 and #24, both of which were Non Distributed copies in the U.K.
There's been talk at the back end of 2014 of a new movie....the wrestler The Rock supposedly playing the villain Black Adam (1st appearance in Shazam #28). Time will tell if all this comies to pass and if #28 (and DC Comics Presents #49 with Superman and Shazam vs Black Adam) seeing any significant rises in value.
May 2016: a CGC graded 9.9 copy of issue #1 fetched $9,900 (£6.600) - madness.
