Frank Castle's crusade on crime continues, this time helmed by Greg Rucka. Continued from the events of Franken-Castle and the Punisher: In the Blood Mini-Series. Launched as part of Marvel's Big Shots Initiative, a promotion in which three A-list writers were paired with three characters who could use the attention. Greg Rucka's Punisher, with Marco Checchetto on art, debuted along with Mark Waid's Daredevil and Brian Michael Bendis' Moon Knight. After #16, the series is continued in a new Mini-Series named Punisher: War Zone.
