#1-43 published by Quality Comics. The first DC (National Periodical Publications) issue was #44 (Jan 1957).
A title known for its fabulous grey-tone covers. Ah, if only one could win the lottery and buy all of these.
#78 onwards: All distributed in the UK though with some noticeably scarce issues. #78 cover-dated Nov 1959 was the first officially distributed issue of this title in the UK.
#118-146 are all ND or Non Distributed in the UK so are always cents copies. There after there's a mixture of scarce distributed UK issues and ND ones so it's tough to put a full run together of even later issues in the UK market.
The first officially distributed issue in the UK was #78 cover-dated Nov 1959.
