AS WITH ALL COMICS/TITLES, VALUES SUGGESTED ARE FOR 'RAW' COPIES. THIRD-PARTY GRADED COPIES CAN FETCH SIGNIFICANTLY MORE ESPECIALLY IN HIGH GRADES.
One of my favourite Marvel titles and characters, maybe because Daredevil has similarities to Batman in honing his athletic skills to the peak of perfection and being a 'creature of the night' with his bat-sonar powers.
All distributed into the UK though some issues can be scarce (see individual listings). For UK variants, issues #11-33 have a printed 10d cover price in place of the American 12 cents. Thereafter it becomes a 1/- (one shilling) cover stamp until #52. There is then a period of mostly printed 1/- UK cover prince but some instances of the printed 15 cents with a 1/- cover stamp. #68 is the first decimal 5p cover stamp.
In the mid/late 1990's, Marvel re-launched their main titles from issue #1 again which causes all sorts of listing problems for historians like me! From Nov 1998 volume two of Daredevil appeared and lasted until #119 Aug 2009 when they realized many months before that issue #120 would in fact be 'old numbering' #500. So the title returned to its original numbering. Hurrah.
In Jan 2011 the title changed as Dardevil quit to 'lose and go find himself''. The Black Panther took over the numbering of the title for a while, making way for a brand new Daredevil title launch.
