All seven issues of the 1960s Batman annuals were distributed in the UK and only #6 could be said to be scarce. Low grade copies of these annuals turn up as pence copies quite frequently on eBay UK and other sales sites. Higher grades are much more difficult to find of course.
There were no Batman annuals in the 1970s as there were DC 100 Page comics instead. The tradition of annuals started again in 1982 but they were not issued every year to start with.
The late 1980s/1990s annuals are very common, say from #12 to #18, and can be bought very cheaply on eBay UK.
