Ongoing monthly series that ran for 57 issues.
Following the One Year Later event, starting with Aquaman #40, the series was renamed Aquaman: Sword of Atlantis and taken in a totally different direction story/plot-wise by writer Kurt Busiek. Aquaman is missing and thought dead. A youth by the name of "Arthur Joseph Curry" is called by the mysterious Dweller (a mutated Aquaman with lost memory) in the Depths to take up the mantle of Aquaman.
The series is collected, in part, in four Trade paperback collections:
