(See also All-Star Squadron; Infinity Inc.)
Numbering continues from Golden Age All Star Comics for a series portraying the modern-day adventures of the JSA. The title becomes hyphenated from #66 onwards. This series ran for seventeen issues before being cancelled and the JSA's adventures were moved into Adventure Comics.
This series is notable for being the first regular series set on DC's alternate continuity, Earth Two. Despite its cancellation, the series gained enough interest to warrant DC publishing two further series based in Earth-Two, All-Star Squadron and Infinity Inc.
All distributed in the UK apart from #59, #61 and #65. The distributed issues tend to be scarce as pence copies in the UK. #58 has become an enormous issue in recent times as the 1st appearance of Power Girl.
There is a big discrepancy between how this title is valued in the USA compared to the UK.
#69 has seem some recent interest, verging on a hot book...the 1st appearance of Helena Wayne/Huntress.
