A surprisingly short-lived title given the high, culty television content. Designed as a companion piece to TV Century 21. The original Mysterons strip that begins with #36 is a highlight. The free gift Bat-Parachute with issue #1 is rare (I've seen/owned 6 examples in my time) and could add £150 to the value. A nice example of this gift appeared on eBay back in July 2008 when I first set up this online Guide. The vendor Gary of Toys and Hobbies kindly sent me a picture.
The predominantly white cover of issue #1 makes it very difficult to find a true Near Mint or even genuinely high grade copy. Other issues to watch out for are:
#7 Green Hornet begins #15 The Saint begins #36 The Mysterons begin #37 1st Tornado & Solo, free gift #48 Patrick McGoohan Prisoner cover #58 free gift Boomerang #59 Patrick Troughton Dr. Who cover - very sought after. A copy of #2 in "excellent condition" and no free gift sold for £21 (eBay Nov 2007). A #1 from the same collection sold for £62, again in "excellent"condition". The free gift Magic Cards from issue #2 sold on eBay for £94 (Dec 2007).
