An obscure Boys' Paper from the 1930s. Not often seen for sale. Malcolm Phillips at Comic Book Postal Auctions turns them up occasionally. Examples of individual comics usually get included with multiple auction lots of other Boys' Papers so hard to give guide values. It's more a case of the value being what people are prepared to pay.
Nice snapshots though of 1930s British culture.
