Atlas Publishing had a number of titles at this time, monthly for sixpence. Diamond, Long Bow, Lone Star, Space Ace, Red Comet and Planet Stories.
Lone Star featured Western characters Steve Larrabee the Lone Star Rider and Rock Reason. And Captain Dirk Cutlass the 18th Century sea-farer. Black and white interiors.
Average VG copies sell for a few pounds, higher grade copies are harder to find and some can have very nice glossy covers, selling for £1- to £20. Avid collectors of this title are dying out sadly so market interest is very niche and specialised.
