68 pages; sci-fi/horror reprints. Issue #1 features Carmine Infantino art in the story "Solar Olympics of 3000AD". The same story reprint can be found in Mystery in Space #1 published by Strato in 1958. Also published by Thorpe and Porter! Of which Top Sellers was an imprint.
Rather inferior to the 'rival' Alan Class comics in my opinion.
#8 and #10 have the same cover story! A bit cheapskate on their part I think...
#9, #19 and #22 are proving hard to find cover scans for.
