A very surprisingly short-lived title and one that is very collectible for the Jet Jordan strip and artwork featured by Eric Bradbury and Carlos Cruz. A companion paper to Hurricane. The free gift is issue #1 Screamer Balloon is very scarce and would add £75-£90 to the value I would have thought.
A #1 with gift in nice shape though with a significant cover crease sold on eBay UK in 2008 for £97. Another high grade looking copy with free gift sold for a comparative bargain at £41.62 in Mar 2009. This free gift is very similar to the balloon issued with Sparky #1 and also suffers from perishing and degeneration. I wouldn t try to blow these balloons up! Only ever seen one true Near Mint copy of issue #1. I still have it. The 1967 and 1968 annuals don't show up that often either.
