WEAPON X (2ND SERIES)

Regular series that ran for 28 issues.

A series by Frank Tieri and Georges Jeanty following his stint on the ongoing Wolverine series. This series continues from the events told in Wolverine #162-166, in which a mysterious man called only "The Director" had restarted a new Weapon X programme. This series stars the members of that revived Weapon X programme. Issue #23 was part of the X-Men ReLoad event. The series ended with #28 and the story-line was finished in a 5 part Mini-Series named Weapon X: Days of Future Now.

Before this series began, 5 one-shots were released each focussing on a member of the Weapon X team:

Weapon X: The Draft - Wild Child #1,

Weapon X: The Draft - Sauron #1,

Weapon X: The Draft - Marrow #1,

Weapon X: The Draft - Kane #1 and

Weapon X: The Draft - Agent Zero #1, all leading up to issue 1 of this series.
