9 single issue One-Shots.

Tangent Comics was a DC Comics imprint created in 1997–1998, developed from ideas conceived by Dan Jurgens. The line, formed from various One-Shots, focused on creating all-new characters using established DC names, such as the Joker, Superman, and the Flash. So, for instance, Nightwing is a covert government organisation and the Joker is a female subversive more good than bad.

The One-Shots were created in two batches, each in a single month - December 1997 and September 1998 - with nine One-Shots in each batch.
