(See also "Red Hood and the Outlaws (2nd Series): Rebirth #1" and "Red Hood: Outlaw")
Regular monthly series, part of the DC Universe Rebirth initiative, that ran for 26 issues until its title changed with #27. With #27 the volume title changes to and continues as "Red Hood: Outlaw".
Rebirth started with the release of an 80-page standalone comic called DC Universe: Rebirth #1, written by Geoff Johns followed by a number of Rebirth one-shots that led into new #1 issues. From there DC launched 32 new ongoing series (15 shipping once-a-month and 17 shipping twice-a-month). Each of these new series will start over with #1 (with the exception of Action Comics and Detective Comics, which will revert to their pre-New 52 numbering).
The series is reprinted in a number of Trade paperback collections:
Red Hood and the Outlaws (2nd Series) Vol. 1: Dark Trinity (#1-6, Red Hood and the Outlaws (2nd Series): Rebirth #1)
Red Hood and the Outlaws (2nd Series) Vol. 2: Who is Artemis? (#7-11)
Red Hood and the Outlaws (2nd Series) Vol. 3: Bizarro Reborn (#12-18, Annual #1)
Red Hood and the Outlaws (2nd Series) Vol. 4: Good Night, Gotham (#19-25)
