The first officially distributed issue of Mystery in Space in the UK was #55 cover-dated Nov 1959. #53 cover dated Sep 1959 was the first appearance of Adam Strange in the title after his successful try-out run in Showcase #17-19.
Adam Strange issues #55-102 (#102 being his last appearance in the title) were all distributed in the UK with only #75 being scarce. The early UK variants (#55-65) are not seen all that often for sale. Issues in the #80-100 range are very common as pence copies in low grades. And a rattling good read too!
There seems to be a resurgence in interest in science fiction titles and Mystery in Space is popular once more along with Strange Adventures.
