I, VAMPIRE
In the last week of August 2011 DC brought their existing line of titles to an end and replaced them with a line of 52 first issues that takes place in a new post-Flashpoint universe.
The war of the vampires begins.
For hundreds of years, vampire Andrew Bennett kept mankind safe from the horrors of the supernatural world, thanks to a truce he made with his ex-lover Mary, the Queen of Blood. But now the truce has reached a bloody end and Andrew must do everything in his power to stop Mary and her dark forces from wreaking havoc on an unwitting human populace.
The first issue sold out quickly and a second printing followed. Even though the title was critically acclaimed it was cancelled after 19 issues.
