A six issue Mini-Series by James Robinson and Philip Tan, with Keith Giffen continuing the writing from Robinson with the second issue.
During the run of this mini-series, DC released two One-Shots with origin stories of Skeletor and He-Man. A further One-Shot was released, "Masters of the Universe: The Origin of Hordak" was released in July 2013.
The Mini-Series is collected in a Trade Paper Back.
