Published alongside Look and Learn as a companion piece, this title which I vaguely remember only lasting a year before folding.
A first issue copy surfaced on eBay UK in Nov 2013 and fetched some decent money though...
Wold of Knowledge was aimed at a slightly older demographic because issue 1 claimed 'WOK' was headed by an "Editorial Board of distinguished advisers from different academic disciplines..." Asa Briggs, Nicholas Tucker (a qualified Educational Psychologist, apparently), Sir Denys Wilkinson FRS (the Head of the Nuclear Physics Laboratory at Oxford University, it says) and Professor Duncan Chapman (Head of the Dept. of Biology at Queen Elizabeth, London). With thanks to Colin Edmonds for this information.
